Rustler: How do you manage your time with all of the activities you do?
TE: I manage my time by listing out my priorities and getting those done as soon as possible.
R: How long have you been interested in the performing arts?
TE: I had been in some junior musicals when I was younger, and I was also cast as a child in the high school musical Music Man. I really think performing arts is something rewarding to try. You get to be something that you have never been before.
R: What’s your favorite activity to take part in?
TE: My favorite activity to be a part of would have to be wrestling. The environment that wrestling creates is motivating and family-like.
R: What motivated you to join the wrestling team?
TE: I was motivated to join wrestling when I saw the life lessons it taught my brothers.
R: Who was your biggest role model growing up and why?
TE: My biggest role model was my brother Torrey, who a lot of people might know. He has been my leader in faith, sports and life. I have tried to follow in his footsteps.
R: What are some things you will miss the most about FHS?
TE: I will miss daily friendships that you have in high school the most. I will also miss seeing some pretty neat teachers who have helped me so much.
R: If you could give the freshmen any piece of advice, what would it be?
TE: My advice to freshmen would be to set a standard. Throughout high school you should set a standard and never let anyone pressure you to be less than what you set.
R: What do you plan to do after you graduate from FHS?
TE: My plan after high school is to go to Midland University to major in Youth and Family Ministry. After that I hope to become a family counselor through a church. My brother went to Midland and had an amazing experience in baseball and FCA. I am excited to see how my faith and activities will impact me in the future at Midland.
